NuraTrue

As of August 26, 2021, we have released an update to increase the volume output of your NuraTrue earbuds by +6db.

To apply this update, simply connect your NuraTrue earbuds to the Nura app via Bluetooth. The update will be automatically applied once your NuraTrue earbuds sync up with the Nura app.

Please note: you will need to be connected to the internet for the update to be accessible.

Optional High-gain Mode

This update also introduces an optional High-gain mode, which allows you to increase the volume output by an additional +6db (on top of the +6db applied, as mentioned above).

To apply the High-gain mode, firstly ensure your Nura app is updated to the latest version (through either the iOS App Store or the Android Google Play Store). Then connect your NuraTrue earbuds to the Nura app via Bluetooth and navigate to Device Settings.

IMPORTANT

The High-gain mode is recommended for low-volume sources only. High volume sources used with this mode may cause distortion, and can damage your hearing after prolonged use.
