We are incredibly excited to announce that Nura has joined forces with Denon (part of Masimo Corporation). Masimo is the home to some outstanding legacy consumer audio brands, including Denon, Bowers & Wilkins, Marantz, Polk Audio, Definitive Technology, Classé Audio and Boston Acoustics.
With the combination of Nura’s personalized sound technology, Masimo’s 30-year expertise in signal processing and the world-class acoustic engineering from Masimo’s consumer audio businesses, we are happy to announce a new platform — Masimo Adaptive Acoustic Technology (AAT). Masimo AAT works by creating personalized listening profiles for each user based on the individual's exclusive hearing. By measuring the user's hearing sensitivity and tailoring sound accordingly, Masimo AAT ensures that no instrumental detail or sound subtlety is left unheard.
As Nura and Denon join forces, this moment promises to be a game-changer for personalized audio, with users being able to experience the pinnacle of personalized listening.
In June 2023, Denon released their first earbuds featuring Masimo AAT, the Denon PerL and Denon PerL Pro.
All Nura products will continue to be supported throughout the warranty period. Existing Nura customers can feel confident that their Nura device will be supported through this transition, including customer support and warranty support. The Nura app will continue to function as it does today, so you will still be able to create personalized hearing profiles and use all app functions.
NuraNow subscriptions will continue to be supported. At this time there are no major changes to the subscription program, and all Perks associated with the program (including a new device every 24 months) will continue. NuraNow subscribers eligible to receive a new device as part of the Device Refresh perk are able to redeem a Denon PerL as of October 23rd, 2023.
All NuraNow subscription products will continue to be supported throughout the course of your subscription. The Nura app will continue to function as it does today, so you will still be able to create your personalized hearing profile and use all app functions.
