Hold down the Touch Buttons on both sides of your NuraTrue for 10 seconds to reset. You will hear a tone when the reset takes place.
Place your NuraTrue in the charging case for 10 seconds. Please note: the charging case will need to contain some charge for this reset to work.
Try turning your mobile device on and off first. Although a cliché, this can help by clearing the Bluetooth cache of your device.
Open the Nura app.
Tap Menu > Device Settings > Perform Factory Reset.
IMPORTANT: this will remove your currently used hearing profile from your NuraTrue, however, you can easily re-create it back via the Nura app.
