Offline mode lets you adjust your NuraTrue via the Nura app without an internet connection.

Using offline mode

If you don't have internet access and you want to use the Nura app, please:

1. Pair your device to your mobile device with Bluetooth.

2. Open the Nura app.

The Nura app will then display the below message:

Select "Start in Offline Mode" and you can now use the app while offline.

You cannot create personalized hearing profiles while in Offline mode. To create personalized hearing profiles again, simply connect to the internet once more, tap the "Add Profile" button and then tap on "Reconnect now".
