You can store up to three hearing profiles on your NuraTrue at a time.
Open the Nura app.
Tap Switch Profile on the Nura app homepage at the top left-hand corner of your screen.
Tap the hearing profile you’d like to switch to.
Open the Nura app.
Tap Add Profile on the Nura app homepage at the top of your screen.
If you own the NuraTrue you’re using, select Owner. If you’re using someone else’s NuraTrue, select Another Person.
Follow the app prompts to add your new hearing profile.
Open the Nura app.
Tap on the Menu icon at the top left-hand corner of your screen (the hamburger icon):
Tap on Device Settings. Scroll down and tap on Delete Hearing Profile.
Select the hearing profile you’d like to delete.
Once completed, the Nura app will confirm that your hearing profile has been deleted.
