NuraTrue Pro

Your NuraTrue Pro turn on and off automatically when you put them in your ears.

To power on: remove your NuraTrue Pro from the charging case.
To power off: place your NuraTrue Pro in the charging case.

Auto-Pause

Power reserve: by default, your NuraTrue Pro will pause playback when removed from your ears and resume playback when you put them back in. Your NuraTrue Pro will automatically power off after 60 seconds if one or both earbuds have been removed from your ears. You can customise the power reserve functionality within the Nura app.

To access these settings, tap Menu > Device Settings > Auto-Pause Behaviour.

The Auto-Pause options are:

1. Never auto-pause.

2. Pause when one earbud is removed.

3. Pause when both earbuds are removed

If both of your NuraTrue Pro earbuds are taken out of your ears and not placed in their case, they will enter Deep Sleep after 60 seconds to reserve power. Your NuraTrue Pro can be easily reactivated by placing them in your ears.
