NuraTrue Pro

Your NuraTrue Pro will require cleaning from time to time.

IMPORTANT: Never use alcohol, cleaning solvents or strong detergents when cleaning your NuraTrue Pro. Do not clean your NuraTrue Pro immediately after using it, as the mesh adhesive may be loosened by warmth.

Never attempt to remove the ear tip mesh.

To clean the NuraTrue Pro Silicone ear tips:

1. Remove the silicone ear tips and wash them with water and a mild detergent.

2. Rinse and dry the ear tips then set them aside.

3. Reattach the ear tips.

4. Wipe your NuraTrue Pro with a soft, damp cloth, taking care to ensure the IR sensor is clean and free of grease and debris.

To clean the NuraTrue Pro foam ear tips:

1. Remove the foam ear tips and wipe them with a moist towel.

2. Allow the foam tips to dry.

3. Reattach the ear tips.

4. Wipe your NuraTrue Pro with a soft, damp cloth, taking care to ensure the IR sensor is clean and free of grease and debris.

To clean the NuraTrue Pro mesh:

1. Remove the ear tips. Never attempt to remove the ear tip mesh.

2. Using a cotton swab or bud, or tissue, gently remove any debris. It's recommended not to apply too much downward force on the wax guard, if possible.

3. Reattach the ear tips.

4. Wipe your NuraTrue Pro with a soft, damp cloth, taking care to ensure the IR sensor is clean and free of grease and debris.

TIP: Your NuraTrue Pro relies on an infrared (IR) sensor for Auto-Pause functionality. The IR sensor is the small circle you can see next to the ear tip, and the wings have a circular cutout for the IR sensor. Keeping the IR sensor clean is recommended to ensure consistent performance of your NuraTrue Pro.
