Why do my hearing profiles look different?
If you've created multiple hearing profiles and they don't look exactly the same, don't worry — your Nuraphone isn't broken!
Your Nuraphone uses extremely sensitive microphones to measure your hearing, so anything that creates sound, such as movement, your breathing, or background noise, can affect the measurement of your hearing and, in turn, change your hearing profile.
When creating your hearing profile, the less noise, the more accurate your profile.
