My Nuraphone won't turn off or stays connected
Your Nuraphone should turn on when you place it on your head and turn off when it is removed from your head.
In some rare cases your Nuraphone may enter stay connected after you remove it from your head.
Try this solution
Delete and reinstall the Nura app and remove your Nuraphone from your device's Blueooth settings
1. Delete the Nura app on your device.
2. 'Forget' your Nuraphone from your Bluetooth settings.
3. Install the Nura app, and re-add the Nuraphone in your Bluetooth settings.
