Connecting to the Nura App

If you're having trouble connecting to the Nura app, can you please:

1. Check your Nuraphone is paired to your device with Bluetooth.

2. Make sure your Nura app has been updated to the latest version from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Make sure your internet connection is stable.

  • If this is your first time using your Nuraphone and the Nura app, then you will require an internet connection to log in.

  • If you have previously logged into the Nura app, you may connect to the app in offline mode (no internet connection required). However, functionality is limited.

4. Reinstall the Nura app.

5. Restart your mobile device. Then try connecting to the Nura app once more.

Still having trouble connecting to the Nura app?

Please try resetting your Nuraphone.

If you’re receiving an error message on the Nura app please select Nura App Error Messages below.
