You can also check if your NuraLoop needs updating at any time: Open the Nura app with your NuraLoop connected via Bluetooth. Then tap on the Menu icon at the top left (sometimes known as the hamburger menu): Tap on Device Settings > Software update. If your NuraLoop needs updating, then tap Begin. Remove the NuraLoop from your head, place it next to your phone and leave the app open with the screen turned on. The firmware update will take around 20 minutes to complete. Once completed you will be prompted to reconnect to the NuraLoop within your device's Bluetooth settings. Your NuraLoop is now updated. Having issues updating your NuraLoop? If you're having trouble updating your NuraLoop, simply close and reopen the app and restart the process . NuraLoop not turning on after the update? Simply connect the included USB-A charger to a USB charging point (with no more than a 5V output), and connect and disconnect the NuraLoop to the charger 10 times.

From time to time, you’ll see a message on the Nura app asking you to update your NuraLoop. You can also check if your NuraLoop needs updating at any time:

Open the Nura app with your NuraLoop connected via Bluetooth.
