TVs

Audio configurations on TVs vary. Check your TV’s connectivity is compatible with your NuraLoop's connectivity.

Airplane adaptors

Audio jack configurations on airplanes vary. If the Airplane adaptor has a 3.5 mm jack, then use your NuraLoop's Analog cable (comes included).

Using your NuraLoop's Analog cable

  • The Analog cable cannot be used when your NuraLoop's battery is not charged—this is because battery is required to apply your Personalized hearing profile and use functions like ANC and Social Mode.

  • The NuraLoop USB-A charging cable (comes included) is for charging only. You cannot listen to audio with the USB-A cable.

  • Your NuraLoop’s personalized sound works no matter how you connect — wireless or wired.

  • Don’t connect your NuraLoop to an external headphone amplifier as the NuraLoop has an amplifier built-in.

IMPORTANT

NuraLoop does not currently support Apple Siri or Google Assistant.
