Nura account and login troubleshooting

**IMPORTANT: If your NuraBuds are part of a NuraNow subscription, make sure you are signed into the Nura app using the email address you used to sign up to NuraNow.

If unsure, check the inbox of your other email addresses to confirm this.

If you're having trouble using your NuraBuds with the Nura app, please try the following:

  • Log in to your NuraNow account and ensure your NuraNow payments are up to date. From the Nura app home screen, navigate to Menu > Your Account.

  • Delete and reinstall the Nura app.

  • Ensure your NuraBuds are charged. See Charging your NuraBuds below.

  • Try connecting your NuraBuds to the Nura app while using both a cellular and WiFi connection separately. See our Nura app troubleshooting below.

  • Reset your NuraBuds. See our Resetting your NuraBuds below.
