NuraNow Frequently Asked Questions

Do I own the Nura device after 24 months?

No, NuraNow is not currently a rent-to-own program.

If you cancel your NuraNow subscription, any devices you've received will be remotely deactivated and you will have 30 days to send them back to us.


Can I cancel my subscription?

We'd love to see you stay, but yes, it is possible to cancel your subscription. Simply select I want to cancel my subscription in the options below for the steps to cancel.


Do I have to pay the setup fee every month?

No, the setup fee is a one-time payment only.


How do I change my credit card details?

Select the Update Credit Card option below to update your payment method for your subscription. Billing is handled by a platform called Recurly.

Note: Please never send through your credit card details via email. We'll instruct you on how to do this securely.


How do I get a new device every 24 months?

After 24 months of being an active subscriber, which requires 24 months of fees to have been successfully paid, you can continue to stay on your current plan choose an additional device at no extra charge. The new device can be of equal or lesser value than the device you initially received with your order.

When your subscription is eligible to add a new device, you will receive an automated email from us.

If you have missed any payments, you will need to wait until the 24-month prerequisite is completed before the Device Refresh can be chosen.

For the lifetime of your NuraNow subscription, you are eligible to keep using both your original device as well as any subsequent devices that are added to your plan. If you decide to cancel your subscription, we require all devices to be returned within a 30-day period.


How do I add another email to access the device?

Select the option Contact Nura Support below and we'll help you add an additional email address.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us using the email address you used when signing up to NuraNow so we can easily identify you.


As a NuraNow subscriber, does the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee apply to me?

No, the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to outright Nura purchases only. However, NuraNow subscribers are welcome to cancel their subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.


Is NuraNow a rent-to-own program?

No, NuraNow is not a rent-to-own program. When you sign up for NuraNow, we’ll send you a Nura device to use.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, the Nura device will be remotely deactivated and you will have 30 days to send it back to us.


Why would I want to sign up to a NuraNow subscription?
