To access your Nura device on NuraNow, you need to ensure your Nura app is logged in with the same email address used to set up your account.
If you have multiple email accounts, simply search your email accounts for any emails related to your NuraNow account, and make note of which email address is associated with it.
Open the Nura app with your Nura device connected via Bluetooth to your device.
Tap on the Menu icon at the top left.
Tap on Log out.
You will be asked to confirm with an action, tap Yes.
You will then have the option to Log in. You will not be required to enter a password, however, you will be emailed a 6-digit login code to the email address you're logging in with.
Should you wish to add an additional email address to your account to allow another person to access your device, please contact us by selecting Contact Nura Support below.
Please note, additional email addresses added to your account will only be able to access your associated Nura device, but won’t be able to change any other details on your account.
Additionally, if the most recent payment has not been deducted successfully from your account, neither the primary nor additional email addresses associated with the account will have access to the Nura device.
To change your primary email address, simply contact our Customer Experience Experts by selecting the Contact Nura Support option below.
