Delivery Information

We ask customers to allow 2-5 business days for shipping.

It's important to note the following:

  1. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. The transit times above exclude order processing and handling.

  2. NuraNow orders within the Australia, UK, and US are dispatched using standard ground services only.

Shipping Exclusions

Due to shipping exemptions, if your country is not available in our checkout country list we are unable to ship to your country at this time.

Nura supports APO/FPO, PO BOX and Parcel Locker addresses in Australia only.

Delivery Attempts

If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, please follow the instructions provided by the carrier regarding an alternate delivery date or parcel pick-up.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include a tracking number. You can monitor your delivery through the number and the carrier's website, see an estimated time of delivery and sign up for SMS alerts (where provided by carrier).

Whole Shipment

We generally do not make partial shipments which means that we will wait to ship until all the products you ordered are available. Unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate customers picking up their orders directly.

Changing Your Order

We are unable to make changes or cancel your order after you have received a confirmation email.

Delivery Duty

Delivery duty and/or import fees are covered by Nura to our major shipping destinations, such as Australia, European Union countries, United Kingdom and United States of America. However, Nura products shipped to the rest of the world are sold on Delivered at Place (DAP) trading terms. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Any additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details before placing any orders.


As charges are individually assessed by your country's officials upon import, we are unfortunately not able to provide an estimation or if you will be charged at all. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
