Problem: The sound is is not very good/the sound quality is low (click to reveal solution)
Solution: Check if your Bluetooth 5.3 Audio Transmitter is in Voice Calls Mode. While in Voice Calls Mode, the high-quality audio streaming capabilities of aptX Low Latency, aptX HD, aptX and SBC will not be available. Simply press the Action Button one time to enter Music Mode.
Problem: There is too much latency/the sound is delayed (click to reveal solution)
Solution: By default your Audio Transmitter enables the highest quality Bluetooth codec. If you are using headphones or earbuds that offer very high quality Bluetooth codecs like aptX Adaptive (such as NuraTrue Pro) you may notice a slight delay or sync issues. You can resolve this by using Gaming Mode by pressing the Action Button twice while in Music Mode. Gaming Mode uses aptX Low Latency to reduce latency.
Problem: I can't hear any sound (click to reveal solution)
Solution: Check that your headphones/earbuds are paired with your Bluetooth 5.3 Audio Transmitter rather than the device it is plugged into. For example, if your Bluetooth 5.3 Audio Transmitter is plugged into your MacBook Pro, you will need to connect to your Bluetooth 5.3 Audio Transmitter rather than the MacBook Pro's built-in Bluetooth.
Problem: The music is playing out of my phone/computer/gaming console instead of my Bluetooth 5.3 Audio Transmitter (click to reveal solution)
Solution: Make sure that you have selected your transmitter as the sound output on your connected device (it will appear as "Nura Bluetooth 5.3 aptX Adaptive USB Dongle"). This varies across handsets, computers and gaming consoles, but generally you can find the "Sound Output" section within the "Settings" menu of your connected device.
For support specific to changing audio outputs on your connected device please refer to the device's user manual or manufacturer's support team.
Problem: None of the above steps have fixed my problem (click to reveal solution)
Solution: Factory Reset your Bluetooth 5.3 Audio Transmitter, then pair your earbuds/headphones with this again. To Factory Reset your Bluetooth 5.3 Audio Transmitter, simply press and hold the Action Button for eight (8) seconds. Your Bluetooth 5.3 Audio Transmitter will then enter Pairing Mode.
