Your NuraTrue Pro will automatically use the highest quality audio codec that is supported by the connected device. To experience Lossless Audio over Bluetooth, simply connect your NuraTrue Pro to a source device that supports Qualcomm aptX Lossless. Please check the manual of your source device for compatibility.
Once you have confirmed that your source device offers aptX Lossless your device should send this signal to your NuraTrue Pro automatically. You can compare the Lossless with normal Bluetooth by following these steps:
Drag down from the top of your phone to access settings. | Press and hold on your connected NuraTrue Pro to access Bluetooth settings. | Press the gear icon next to your connected NuraTrue Pro to access Device details. | Toggle the "HD audio" setting to compare between Lossless and normal Bluetooth. |
Spatial Audio and Lossless:
Full Lossless Audio can only be experienced with Spatial Audio disabled. With Spatial Audio enabled, sound quality will reach 80% of full Lossless.
Enable/disable Spatial Audio by toggling the Spatial Audio button on the home screen of the Nura app. |
