- Hold down the Touch Buttons on both sides of your NuraTrue Pro for 10 seconds to reset. You will hear a tone when the reset takes place.
- Place your NuraTrue Pro in the charging case for 10 seconds. Please note: the charging case will need to contain some charge for this reset to work.
- Open the Nura app.
- Tap Menu > Device Settings > Perform Factory Reset.
Factory resetting will remove your currently used hearing profile from your NuraTrue Pro, however, you can easily re-create it back via the Nura app.
Try turning your mobile device on and off first. Although it sounds like a cliché, this can help by clearing the Bluetooth cache of your device.
