To access your Nura device on NuraNow, you need to ensure your Nura app is logged in with the same email address used to set up your account.
How To Find Your NuraNow account email.
If you have multiple email accounts, simply search all accounts for any emails related to your NuraNow account and make note of which email address is associated with it.
How To Change Accounts
- Open the Nura app with your Nura device connected via Bluetooth to your device.
- Tap on the Menu icon at the top left (
). - Tap on Log out.
- You will be asked to confirm with action, tap Yes.
- You will then have the option to Log in. You will not be required to enter a password, however, you will be emailed a 6-digit login code to the email address you're logging in with.
