- Ensure the Nura app is up to date.
- Ensure you are using a stable internet connection, trying both a cellular and WiFi connection separately.
- Charge your NuraBuds.
- Reset your NuraBuds. See our NuraBuds Reset article here.
- Reboot your mobile device.
