Try turning your device on and off first. This can help by clearing the Bluetooth® cache of your device.
- Hold down the Touch Buttons on both sides of your NuraBuds for 10 seconds to reset.
- Place your NuraBuds in the charging case for 10 seconds.
Please note: the charging case will need to contain some charge for this reset to work.
- Open the Nura app.
- Tap Menu > Device settings > Perform Factory Reset.
This will remove your currently used hearing profile from your NuraBuds, however, you can easily import it back via the Nura app.
