- Ensure your mobile device and the Nura app have been updated to the latest version
- Ensure your Bluetooth is connected.
Further Troubleshooting
- Forget your NuraTrue from your device's Bluetooth settings, and pair again.
- Reset the device which you are trying to connect to.
