Listener hearing echo/feedback from Nuraphone Gaming Microphone
If you are experiencing any echoes or feedback when using the Nuraphone Gaming Microphone, please lower the microphone’s input level within your device’s settings.
How to reduce input signal:
Lower the 'Headset chat mixer' within the Xbox Guide to roughly 15% (slider mostly all the way to the left) or less, additionally ensure the 'Mic monitoring' level is set to '0%' (slider all the way to the left).

Voice signal sounds distorted
It is important to ensure that you move the Nuraphone Gaming Microphone slightly away from your mouth while in use.
If the microphone is too close to your mouth, this can potentially cause the signal to sound too loud or distorted.
Should moving the microphone not help, please try reducing the microphone’s input level by following the aforementioned steps.
Touch Buttons don't work
By design, the Touch Buttons are disabled while the Gaming Microphone is plugged in.
If your Nuraphone is configured to toggle Social Mode on/off, it will save the most recent setting when the gaming microphone is connected. You will need to unplug the Gaming Microphone, wait for the "welcome back" message, toggle on/off Social Mode then replug the Gaming Microphone to correct this.
Nuraphone audio is muffled/low
If you are experiencing issues with the audio you are receiving being low or muffled, please check the following:
- Ensure that Social Mode is toggled off. This can be done via the Nura app or using the Touch Buttons on your Nuraphone (if configured).
- Check the volume setting on the inline remote control as it may be set too low.
