Do I own the Nura device after 24 months?
No, NuraNow is not currently a rent-to-own program.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, simply use the contact form on our website and select NuraNow Orders > End Membership. Please ensure to contact us using the same email address used to create your order.
Do I have to pay the setup fee every month?
No, the setup fee is a one-time payment only.
How do I change my credit card details?
Contact us and we'll send you a secure link to change your credit card details.
Note: Please never send through your credit card details via email. We'll instruct you on how to do this securely.
How do I get a new device every 24 months?
After 24 months of being an active subscriber, which requires 24 months of fees to have been successfully paid, you can continue to stay on your current plan choose an additional device at no extra charge. The new device can be of equal or lesser value than the device you initially received with your order.
If you have missed any payments, you will need to wait until the 24-month prerequisite is completed before the Device Refresh can be chosen.
For the lifetime of your NuraNow subscription, you are eligible to keep both your original device as well as any subsequent devices that are added to your plan. If you decide to cancel your subscription, we require all devices to be returned within a 30-day period.
How do I add another email to access the device?
Contact support and we'll help you add an additional email address.
Please contact us using the email address you used when signing up to NuraNow so we can easily identify you.
As a NuraNow subscriber, does the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee apply to me?
No, the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to outright Nura purchases only. However, NuraNow subscribers are welcome to cancel their subscription at any time with no cancellation fees.
Is NuraNow a rent-to-own program?
No, NuraNow is not a rent-to-own program. When you sign up for NuraNow, we’ll send you a Nura device to use.
If you decide to cancel your subscription, the Nura device will be remotely deactivated and you will have 30 days to send it back to us.
