If you are experiencing any audio feedback or 'squealing' sound on your Nuraphone, the sensitive microphones within may be blocked or covered.
Firstly, remove any protective film covering the external microphones/outer ear cup that came with your Nuraphone.
If this has not resolved the persistent audio issue, please make sure to turn off Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to see if this alleviates the problem.
To do this:
1. Open the Nura app and go to settings.
2. Toggle ANC off.
Should issues continue to persist once ANC has been switched off, contact us to further troubleshoot.
