If your Nuraphone is not making and receiving calls successfully:
- Check your Nuraphone is connected with Bluetooth, Lightning cable or Nura Gaming Microphone. With any other cable, you’ll hear the caller but will have to use your mobile device’s microphone to speak.
- If you are using the Nura Gaming Microphone, check if the microphone's mute switch is engaged.
- Check nothing is blocking the microphones. The Nuraphone’s microphones for calls are located at the front of the ear cups.
- Remove all packaging and adhesive tape.

Please reset your Nuraphone.
